• A pull-over vest that fits sizes small to XL
• Adjustable and breathable padded straps with elastic loops
• Front and back padded plate carriers for 10" x 12" (Shooters Cut) armor
• Includes six attachments; 4 magazine carriers, one small bag, and one large bag
• Velcro front for attachments
• Includes front and back Level III , 10" x 12" shooter's cut plates. Made in America by Phalanx Defense Systems.

Steel plates have been tested for Level III and carry the NIJ Level III certification.
